A respite from the urban hustle
Wow, this is the most luxury I've wallowed in until now. It's not easy for me to describe the decor and the layout here. Entering one single room, it was mainly decorated in soothing
earth tones with black and blonde wood and pleasantly cool small stones. It was unusually large as there was a large double bed in it with a desk and a sofa alongside. Yet these only took up a third of the room! The rest was the spa area. The most notable part is the un-drawing of the curtain to
reveal a glass wall showing a beautiful lake and hills. Amazing! It should belong in Hainan Island or Saipan, right? Before the spa, the staff conduct a questionare about my body conditions. I was then recommended a Balinese Massage and an Anti-Stress Facial. The Balinese Massage uses Indian deep oil, which greatly helped relieve tension, while the facial used exclusive sap made from 100% floral extract and bee wax to help fight signs of fatigue. This is surely due to be a favorite in the city.

Tibetan backbone fuming 
Is there anything more important than one's health?
Of course not. Unfortunately, poor health is now harming our collective lives, which makes us powerless, tired, and sleepless.
Last week I tried some "backbone fuming" from Tibet, which is said to be able to help invigorate the mind and body. Firstly, the beautician applied Tibetan safflower oil on my back. It smelled fresher than the so-called Real Safflower Balm we usually use for alleviating our injuries. This Tibetan safflower oil contained rich polyunsaturates, vitamins, nutrients and biologically active materials. Assorted with the French style massage, it can ease blood circulation and soften aches. She then lighted some Tibet herb wormwood into a exquisite wooden bottle. When the heat was about up to 400 ℃, she placed some unique medicine on the points of my backbone. One by one, she fumed the points with the hot wooden bottle, helping them melt and absorb into my skin. It felt so fancy and cozy and, naturally, I started to drift into a trance-like state of relaxation. Pure bliss.
